You’re welcome to browse, shop, and enjoy our products. Just be respectful — no illegal use, no copying protected content, and no misuse of the site.

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy products under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time, for any reason (for instance, if an item is out of stock or there was a mistaken price).

Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and that’s when a contract is formed.

3. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but sometimes errors happen. If we discover a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and notify you — that’s just part of keeping the store fair for everyone.

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (ex: credit/debit cards, PayPal). Your order won’t ship until payment has been completed.

5. Product Use

Our products (UV DTF wraps) are meant for creative use on recommended surfaces (like 16 oz can glass). Using them on other surfaces is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content here — text, images, logos, designs — is protected. You’re free to use the products you buy to make things for sale, but you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our original design files as standalone products.

7. Shipping & Returns

Shipping rates, estimated delivery, and return policies are outlined on our Return & Refund page — we encourage you to review that before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We value your experience, but we’re a small shop. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Place Supply won’t be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchases or the use of our products.
