💸 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Happy Place Makers, we want you to be thrilled with your purchases — but since we sell craft supplies (specialized wraps), there are some limits — and we’re going to be very clear and fair.

1. Returns

Because UV DTF wraps are materials intended for crafting, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

To request a return, you must:
📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery
📩 Include your order number
📩 Send a photo of the item and details of the issue

2. Refunds

If the item is defective or damaged:
✔ We’ll either replace the item
✔ Or issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take 3–10 business days to show on your statement.

3. Exchanges

Not available.
