UV DTF (Direct to Film) stickers are a game-changer for DIYers and small businesses because they require no heat press and can adhere to almost any hard, non-porous surface. They are incredibly durable, scratch-resistant, and provide a high-end "embossed" look.
How to apply a UV DTF decal to my product?
Step 1: Clean & Prep
Wash your glass or tumbler thoroughly with warm, soapy water and dry completely.
Step 2: Position the Decal
Place the wrap on the cup, aligning carefully. Press from the center outward to remove air pockets. Use the help of a credit card or a squeegee.
Step 3: Peel the Backing
Slowly peel the backing sheet off, making sure the transfer doesn’t stretch or crease.
Step 4: Smooth It Down
Do a last round with your fingers to smooth the decal and secure the adhesive.
